RESERVATIONS

We accept reservations up to 1 year ahead of the reservation date.

A reservation deposit of 50% is required in order to book. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your reservation deposit. This deposit will be applied against the charges for your stay. Full payment is not due until your check in date. When you arrive, proceed to the office to pay for outstanding charges before proceeding to your site.
While we will do our best to fulfill your request but sites aren’t guaranteed until a booking has been finalized with a and email response for your reservation request and a deposit. Please note that requests bookings made via email are only generated during our office hours. -
We accept credit card, debit, cash, cheque and etransfer to payforstaycoombs@gmail.com. Indicate your NAME and RESERVATION DATES in the message section when sending the etransfer. If you choose to pay with via etransfer, please send your reservation request to info@coombscampground.com who will assist.

Your reservation may be moved to another site with the same type/level of services unless you have opted to secure your site with a lock fee. The lock fee is $12 for single RV sites and $20 for group RV sites. Lock fee for all tent sites is $6. These fees are refundable if you cancel your reservation.

Stay more than 28 days and benefit from a deeply discounted daily site rate. Bring your own rig or stay in one of our glamping rigs. Choose between forested sites or lakeside.

GROUP BOOKINGS

The individual making the reservation for a stay on a group RV or group tent site will be the lead camper and as such will be required to pay all site charges in full at the time of check-in. If you are the lead camper, please provide the office with complete information on the following: number of RV’s, tents, and names and ages of guests occupying the site, and vehicle registration plate numbers. The Lead Camper will provide full payment of the balance at the time of check-in. Note that the office will not take payments for site charges from anyone other than the lead camper. All notifications related to the booking will be sent to the lead camper who in turn will be expected to ensure all guests arriving for the booking are aware of the rules and abide by these rules.
NOTE: Cancelations or changes must be made by email by by the person holding the booking

Depending on the site, group sites can accommodate between 2-6 rigs.
These sites are partially serviced with water and 30 amp/15 amp power.
AMENITIES

Yes! Our heated outdoor pool and hot tub are open seasonally from Victoria Day long weekend in May, until late September. We also have a private lake onsite for swimming and non-motorized watercraft.
If you’re craving even more water time there are beautiful beaches, lakes, and swimming spots just a short drive away - perfect for a refreshing dip on a warm day. Our team is always happy to recommend local favourites.

The arcade, pool and hot tub are open seasonally.
Washrooms and showers open for the season on the Tuesday before the May long weekend and close on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving weekend.

There’s plenty to keep kids entertained! Enjoy open spaces for running and playing, playground structures, an onsite arcade, places for playing and biking, volleyball and basketball courts. Beyond the campground are many nearby attractions, trails, and family-friendly activities in the Coombs and Oceanside area. It’s all about simple, outdoor fun. Visit our facebook page to see local events and activities in the area, or come by the office to learn more about local attractions.

After checking in, for our registered guests. there are no additional fees for any of the amenities we offer.
CANCELLATIONS

Changes can be made to stay dates up to 14 days before your Check-in date. Check-in dates and Check-out dates cannot be moved inside the 14 day period. Reservation deposits are fully refundable 14 days before your check in date after which no refund is given. A processing fee will be charged when refunding reservation deposits paid by credit card. The applicable fees for refunds vary depending on the charges. Fees are as follows: Reservation charges under $300 = $10 fee | $300 to 500 = $15 fee | $500 to 1000 = $30 fee | $1000 to 1500 = $50 fee. To avoid these charges or if you prefer to pay by etransfer, contact the office by phone, email or Facebook private messenger and we will assist you with the booking directions.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check in starts at 1pm on the day of arrival for sites and 3pm for glamping rigs.
Check in until 9:30 PM. Latest set up on site is 10:00 PM so as not to disturb other campers.

Please leave your site by 11am on day of departure.

All overnight guests and day visitors are required to check in with the office upon arrival to collect vehicle passes. Please do not proceed to or set up on a campsite without first registering with the office.
GENERAL

Pets are welcome but must be kept on leash except in our site dog park.
NOTE, pets are not allowed in the lake area or pool deck and should not be left unattended.

Additional tents on single and group RV sites: $20 per tent per night.
Additional tents on group unserviced tent sites: $18 per tent per night.
Additional tents on single unserviced tents sites: N/A. Rate includes max tents allowable on site.
Additional rigs on partial serviced group RV sites: $55 - $60 per RV per night.
Additional guests: $4 per guest per night. (For guests over 5 years old)NOTE: Single person tents, children’s tents, tents set up for toys/pets, tents on vehicles and vehicles used as a sleeping unit are considered tents and are subject to the supplemental tent fee.

There is limited wifi is available in the wifi zone only.

Yes! Our on-site store has the essentials to make your stay easy and enjoyable - from snacks and drinks to firewood, ice, and a few camping must-haves you may have forgotten. It’s a convenient stop before settling in by the fire.

Absolutely. Coombs Country Campground is designed with families in mind. With plenty of open space to explore, a relaxed atmosphere, and activities nearby, it’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories together. Kids will enjoy our playground, arcade, half basketball court, forested trails, and lake for non-motorized watercraft and swimming.

Tent sites can not accommodate RVs or any tent trailers. Unserviced flex sites can be booked through the office. Call for assistance.
USEFUL INFORMATION BEFORE YOU SETTLE IN
All guests & visitors must register at the front desk
A vehicle pass must be displayed at all times
Ice and firewood available for purchase from the office during office hours
Playground & Dog Park open at 8am and close at sunset
Dogs are not permitted in the lake
Pets must be kept on a leash & remember to pick up after your pets
Quiet time 10pm-8am. Respect your fellow campers during this time
Out of respect for other campers cut-off time for setting up is 10pm
Drone flying is not allowed on the property
